Turns the request into a search across connected platforms and merchants.

Raabta is a neutral AI commerce platform for Saudi Arabia and the GCC. State what you want in Arabic, English or by voice — Raabta searches every connected platform and merchant, compares price, delivery and specification in one view, and completes the purchase inside Raabta through Raabta Pay.

// the problem
Buying online in the Gulf means opening five apps, comparing prices that are written differently on each one, guessing at delivery dates, and then repeating the whole exercise for the next purchase. The information needed to decide is scattered across platforms that have no reason to bring it together.
No single marketplace will ever recommend a competitor. That is the structural gap Raabta occupies: a neutral layer that sits above the marketplaces rather than inside one of them. Listed platforms are supply partners, not competitors — Raabta sends them qualified demand.
Neutrality only holds if the transaction itself stays neutral. That is why checkout happens inside Raabta through Raabta Pay, instead of handing the customer off to a third-party checkout at the last step.
// how it works
/ 01
Type or speak your request in Arabic or English — a product, a budget, a constraint, or all three.
/ 02
Connected platforms and independent merchants are searched together, in one pass.
/ 03
Price, delivery and specification are normalised side by side so the trade-off is visible, not buried.
/ 04
You confirm, and Raabta Pay completes the purchase — no redirect to a third-party checkout.
// raabta pay
Raabta Pay is the payment layer that lets a request end where it started. The customer confirms once and the order is placed through Raabta, rather than being redirected into a third-party checkout at the final step.
Keeping the transaction in one place is what makes a neutral comparison meaningful — the recommendation and the purchase follow the same logic, and the experience does not fragment across five different flows.
// architecture
A request is handled by a set of specialised agents rather than a single model. Each one owns a narrow job, and their outputs are combined into a single recommendation you approve.

Applies saved preferences — sizes, brands, constraints — to shape the shortlist.
/ agent_06
Handles the merchant side of an order: availability, confirmation and order state.
// capabilities
/ 01
Requests are understood in either language, typed or spoken.
/ 02
One request reaches every connected platform and merchant.
/ 03
Price, delivery window and specification presented on the same terms.
/ 04
The purchase completes inside Raabta, in one place.
/ 05
No marketplace is favoured; results are ranked on the request, not on ownership.
/ 06
Sizes, brands and constraints are remembered so repeat requests are shorter.
// audience
Anyone across KSA and the GCC who would rather state an intent than open five apps.
Shops, clinics and offices making routine purchases where comparison time is the real cost.
