NCR tracking
Non-conformance reports tracked from raised to closed.
A deputy project engineer that drafts, never sends.
In Development
Anchor AI is an agentic deputy project engineer for EPC project managers on large-scale industrial projects. It tracks non-conformance reports, compares vendor bid documents against technical standards, generates daily executive reports and flags emerging schedule and procurement risk — and every consequential action waits for explicit human approval.
// the problem
On a large industrial project, the engineering is rarely the bottleneck. The bottleneck is document volume: non-conformance reports, vendor submittals, standards, correspondence and daily reporting, all moving faster than one person can read.
Risk in that environment is rarely invisible. It is written down somewhere, in a document nobody had time to open until it was already a delay or a claim.
Anchor reads that paperwork continuously and prepares the response — the escalation, the comparison, the report. It does not act on its own: the system drafts, and a person sends.
