Build autonomous software with us.

BlackCore AI is a product company based in Jeddah, building autonomous software for commerce, supply chain, energy, media and industrial projects. We hire people who want to own a problem end to end rather than a ticket queue.

// how we work

What working here is like.

/ 01

Development sprints

Work is planned and shipped in short sprints with a visible goal at the end of each one. You see your work reach a running system instead of sitting in a backlog.

/ 02

Direct engineer communication

You talk directly to the people you build with and to the people you build for. There is no layer of relay between a question and the person who can answer it.

/ 03

Transparent scope

What is in scope, what is out, and what is still undecided is written down. Estimates are discussed honestly, and changing the plan is a conversation rather than a surprise.

// disciplines

The kinds of people we hire.

These are disciplines we hire into, not a list of live vacancies. If your work fits one of them, write to us and we'll tell you honestly whether there's something to talk about.

/ 01

Engineering

Product and platform engineering across web, mobile, APIs, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure — people comfortable owning a service from schema to deployment.

/ 02

Design

Product design and UI/UX for dense operational interfaces — dashboards, approval flows and bilingual Arabic/English layouts that have to stay readable under real data.

/ 03

QA & testing

Test strategy, automation and release confidence — people who can turn an ambiguous requirement into a set of checks that actually catch regressions.

/ 04

AI / ML

Agent design, evaluation and applied modelling — people who care as much about guard rails, evaluation sets and failure modes as about model output.

// how to apply

How to apply.

There is no application form. Email us with the discipline you're applying for in the subject line, for example "Engineering — backend".

Attach a CV or a link to your work, and add a short note about something you built and the decision you were least sure about. That tells us more than a list of tools.

We read applications as they arrive and reply when there is a real conversation to have.

// subject line

Discipline — your focus

// next step

Tell us what you'd build here.

If none of the disciplines fit but you think you belong here, write anyway and make the case.
